Website Maintenance Agreement
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the maintenance of the Client’s website as described below.
Scope of Maintenance Services
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following maintenance services for the Client’s website (the “Website”):
- Regular software and platform updates (WordPress, plugins, security patches, etc.)
- Monitoring of website uptime and performance.
- Backups of website data and files.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to the Website’s functionality.
- Providing general technical support for issues that arise concerning the Website platform.
Exclusions:
This Agreement does not include major content updates, design changes, SEO optimization, or any major redesign. For such services, the Client must enter into a separate agreement.
Term and Payment
- Term: This Agreement will commence on the date of the first payment and will continue for an initial period of six (6) months. After the initial period, this Agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled by either party as per the terms of cancellation below.
Cancellation
Either party may terminate this Agreement with a written notice via email or physical mail at least 30 days before the desired termination date.
- Client Cancellation: To cancel this Agreement, the Client must provide written notice to the Service Provider at least 30 days before the termination date.
- Service Provider Cancellation: The Service Provider may also terminate this Agreement if payment is not processed or there are arrears due on the agreement.
Upon termination, any unpaid fees for services rendered up until the cancellation date must be settled by the Client.
