Agreement for Website Build

Website Design & Setup Package – $250.00

Custom author website design and development utilizing the Digital Trifecta platform. Package includes:

  • Custom website design tailored to the author’s brand and book series
  • Up to 5 website pages (Home, About the Author, Books, Contact, and one additional page)
  • Mobile-responsive design
  • Basic SEO setup
  • Contact form integration
  • Social media link integration
  • Author biography and book showcase pages
  • Domain connection and website launch assistance
  • Initial content and image placement provided by the client
  • One round of revisions before launch
  • Access to the platform for full control

One-Time Investment: $250.00


Website Hosting & Maintenance Plan – $75.00/Month (Discounted from $ 125.00/Month)

Recurring monthly service begins upon website launch and includes:

  • Secure website hosting
  • Platform maintenance and updates
  • Website monitoring
  • SSL security certificate
  • Technical support
  • Up to 2 hours of content updates per month (text changes, image updates, book additions, event updates, etc.)
  • Backup management
  • Ongoing website performance monitoring

Monthly Investment: $75.00 per month beginning on the website launch date. This will be billed at launch.

Estimated Launch Timeline: 7–10 business days after all required content, images, and approvals have been received from the client.
By submitting this initial payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Cabana Digitals will design and develop your website as outlined in the Website Design & Setup Package.
  • The one-time website build fee is $250.00.
  • Upon website launch, a recurring $75.00 monthly hosting and maintenance fee will begin. The client agrees to a minimum six (6) month service commitment. Following the initial six-month term, services will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled by either party with written notice.
