Here’s what this package covers:
- Zoho Mail Check-In: Email requests, correspondence.
- Website Updates: Ensure your website is secure and up-to-date with monthly updates and content tweaks.
- Change Requests: Make minor updates or adjustments to your website.
- Product Set-Up: Webinar or meeting set up.
- Dedicated Client Service: This covers requests made if I am unavailable (out of town). A member of our Project Management staff will handle immediate requests and disperse requests to appropriate staff.
What’s Not Included:
To keep things clear and simple, this plan does not cover:
- Major structural changes to your website.
- Membership platform overhauls.
- Event or social media marketing.
Important Details:
- Reoccurring Subscription: This plan auto-renews monthly until canceled.
- Cancellation Policy: A 30-day notice is required to cancel the subscription.
- Non-Refundable Payments: Payments are non-refundable, so be sure to utilize your allotted hours each month – unused hours will not roll over.
