This is for Junk’ems eCommerce websites: Monthly website health checks, eCommerce connection checks, plug-in updates, and security checks. Please note that this level does not include, reporting, work needed to retain the grading in GMT, or keyword strategies.  This covers any calls regarding Trash Customers and issues that may happen in the system, not user error. 🙂
